We are committed to providing our students with a structured and effective foreign language program at Learning Lingos. To ensure a smooth and organized learning experience, we have established the following policies:

1. Program Completion Timeframe:

• All foreign language programs must be completed within the specified period as outlined in the program details. Extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative approval.

2. Rescheduling Classes:

• Students can reschedule classes a maximum of two times during the program. Beyond these two reschedules further changes to class schedules will not be accepted.

3. Class Formats:

• Our language programs are available in two formats: 1:1 (one-on-one) and group classes. 
• After the conclusion of trimester two, 1:1 classes will no longer be available in any of our language programs. Students will continue in group classes.

6. Excessive Absences:

• If a student is absent for more than four classes without prior notification or a valid reason, their classes will be canceled, and they will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where the absence is due to a valid reason, the administration will examine the circumstances and determine continuation eligibility(Students can reschedule classes a maximum of two times during the program).

7. Guarantees:  

• Learning Lingos cannot ensure the continuity of an instructor for consecutive trimesters. We strive to provide our students with the best possible learning experience, and our team of highly qualified instructors is dedicated to delivering quality education. However, the availability of instructors may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We assure you that we will do our best to provide a suitable replacement in such cases to ensure that our students receive the best possible education.

We record our classes strictly for quality monitoring and teacher training purposes. These recordings are confidential and will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any student, parent, or third party.
