At Learning Lingos, we strive to provide high-quality language learning experiences for our students. We understand that sometimes a class may not meet the expectations of parents. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund:

    • Parents are eligible for a 100% refund if they are unsatisfied with the class after the first two sessions.

    Refund Procedure:

    • To request a refund, please email care@learninglingos.com or call us at +91 9811238575 within 24 hours after the second class, clearly stating your dissatisfaction.

    Refund Criteria:

    • Refunds will be processed without asking for specific reasons for dissatisfaction.

    Refund Amount:

    • The refund will be 100% of the class fee without GST.

    Refund Timeline:

    • Refunds will be processed within Ten business days of receiving the refund request.

    Exceptions:

    • This policy applies only to the first two classes. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction after the third class or beyond.

    Cancellation of Enrollment:

    • If a refund is processed, the student’s enrollment in the class will be considered canceled, and they will no longer have access to the class materials.
